I’ve been involved in homes for over 13 years — remodeling, buying, selling, and renovating. From hands-on construction to sales and management, I’ve experienced every side of this industry, and I genuinely love what I do.

I joined Tiltin Windows, Doors & More with a simple belief: do things the right way, treat people fairly, and stand behind your work. I stay actively involved in both sales and management because I care about the experience families have with our company. For me, it’s not just about installing windows or doors — it’s about helping people improve the place they call home.

Family is everything to me. When I’m not working, you’ll find me spending time with my kids, boating, staying active, training, or around motorsports. I believe in living healthy, staying disciplined, and showing up every day with energy and purpose — and that mindset carries directly into how I lead our team and serve our customers.

Cody

Lead Installer

Cody is a skilled Lead Installer at Tiltin Windows and Doors, bringing over Six years of experience with the company and a solid background in construction. He has a particular passion for remodel projects, enjoying the transformation and the satisfaction of seeing the dramatic before-and-after results. Known for his attention to detail and work ethic, Cody takes pride in helping customers bring their vision to life.

A true Wisconsinite, Cody grew up in Appleton, WI, and still calls it home. He’s a proud husband and father to a one-year-old son. When he’s not on the job, you can find him working on house projects with his family, enjoying the outdoors, or relaxing in the backyard with a grill and a good fire. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, and woodworking—classic Wisconsin pastimes he enjoys year-round.

Kyler

Senior Installer

Kyler Martin has been immersed in the windows and doors industry his entire life, bringing a wealth of hands-on experience and deep product knowledge to every project. Since joining Tiltin in 2009, Kyler has earned a reputation as a “jack of all trades,” having worked every stage of the installation process. From his early days as a helper to becoming a skilled installer and now Senior Installer, his journey reflects his commitment to craftsmanship and continuous growth.

Kyler is dedicated to delivering excellence on every job, with customer satisfaction and perfection as his ultimate goals. Outside of work, Kyler is a devoted husband and father. He has a passion for cars—especially circuit racing—and his favorite ride is a 1992 Mustang. When he’s not on the track or the job site, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, hunting, fishing, and PC gaming.

My name is Felipe, and I’m a Home Improvement Specialist at Tiltin Windows, Doors & More. I’m passionate about learning everything I can about homes and continuously expanding my skill set—adding new tools to my metaphorical tool chest every day. I enjoy helping homeowners with their projects, and I believe that supporting others helps me grow as well.

Outside of work, I stay active and enjoy a wide range of hobbies. I take my car to racetracks like Road America and Blackhawk Farms for track days, participate in autocross events, and enjoy indoor go-karting. I also love spending time outdoors hiking and exploring nature, as well as snowboarding, cycling, swimming, and playing disc golf.
